Founded by Montreal-based artist Melissa Muggeo, Ruine Solace unfolds between adornment and sculpture, where chainmail and metalwork converge in forms shaped by intuition, tension, and care. Drawing on the language of armour and the force of natural forms, each piece is handmade in Tiohtiá:ke / Montreal, wrought slowly and intentionally to hold both strength and softness.

Each creation carries the trace of its making: the rhythm of the weave, the raw edge of metal, balance between strength and vulnerability. Inspired by myth, ecology, and imagined futures, every piece becomes a vessel; holding story, transformation, and protection. Made to endure, evolve, and accompany.
